QUALITY POLICY

GAYATHRI ASSOCIATES is committed to good professional practice and high quality service in testing so as to maintain a high standard of laboratory operation and professional services to create value for all its customers by continually improving quality management systems and processes through innovation involving all its employees. The management system of mechanical laboratory is designed for developing confidence among its customers and personnel to deliver accurate, unbiased test results in order to meet their requirement. The policy shall form the basis of establishing, implementing and reviewing the quality objectives and shall be communicated to all laboratory personnel across mechanical laboratory. The policy will be reviewed to align and comply with all the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and requirement of NABL as accreditation authority to continually improve the effectiveness on management system.


OBJECTIVES

  • Laboratory management shall implement the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and the requirement of NABL
  • The Laboratory management shall maintain strict internal quality control according to guidelines laid down in the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005
  • All personnel involved in testing shall be familiarized with quality documentation and its implementation in their respective field by effective training.
  • Resolution of customer complaint in a time bound manner.
